Prices<\/h2>\n<p>All prices displayed on the website are shown in the applicable currency and include VAT where required by law, unless otherwise stated.<\/p>\n<p>Prices may be displayed in different currencies depending on your selected region or preferences. Delivery<\/h2>\n<p>Standard production and delivery time is approximately 6 weeks.<\/p>\n<p>During peak seasons, delivery times may extend to up to 8 weeks. If the expected delivery date for your order differs significantly from these estimates, we will notify you as soon as possible.<\/p>\n<p>Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during the ordering process.<\/p>\n<p>Customers may choose between:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Collection from one of our designated collection points<\/li>\n<li>Shipment to the delivery address specified in the order<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\r\n<div class=\"et_pb_text_5 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_flex_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><h2 style=\"margin:0 0 10px;text-align:left;color:var(--gcid-ls-dk-green,#053a38);font-family:Oswald,sans-serif;font-size:1.5rem;font-weight:600;line-height:1.15;letter-spacing:.005em\">5. Warranty and Defective Products<\/h2>\n<p>Consumers are entitled to remedies for goods that are defective or not in conformity with the contract in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. Such rights may include repair, replacement, price reduction, or reimbursement, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.<\/p>\n<p>The warranty does not cover defects, damage, or deterioration resulting from misuse, improper installation, inadequate maintenance, normal wear and tear, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.<\/p>\n<p>Any claim regarding defects should be submitted within a reasonable period after the defect has been discovered.<\/p>\n<p>To submit a claim, please contact us at <a href=\"mailto:info@leansails.com\">info@leansails.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>If return of the product is required, we will provide instructions. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal<\/h2>\n<p>The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods manufactured according to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized products, including but not limited to custom-made sails, covers, and similar bespoke products.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\r\n<div class=\"et_pb_text_9 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_flex_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><h2 style=\"margin:0 0 10px;text-align:left;color:var(--gcid-ls-dk-green,#053a38);font-family:Oswald,sans-serif;font-size:1.5rem;font-weight:600;line-height:1.15;letter-spacing:.005em\">9. Refunds<\/h2>\n<p>If a purchase is validly cancelled, all payments received from the customer will be refunded, including standard delivery charges where required by applicable law.<\/p>\n<p>Any additional costs resulting from the customer's choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard option offered by us will not be refunded.<\/p>\n<p>Refunds will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive notice of the cancellation.<\/p>\n<p>We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or proof that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.<\/p>\n<p>Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\r\n<div class=\"et_pb_text_10 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_flex_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><h2 style=\"margin:0 0 10px;text-align:left;color:var(--gcid-ls-dk-green,#053a38);font-family:Oswald,sans-serif;font-size:1.5rem;font-weight:600;line-height:1.15;letter-spacing:.005em\">10. Customs, Duties and Taxes<\/h2>\n<p>For orders delivered within the European Union, VAT will be charged in accordance with applicable EU regulations.<\/p>\n<p>For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges may apply. Such charges are imposed by the destination country's authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer.<\/p>\n<p>LeanSails ApS has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Customers are advised to contact their local customs authority for further information before placing an order.<\/p>\n<p>If a shipment is refused by the customer due to customs duties, taxes, or import-related charges, LeanSails ApS reserves the right to deduct any costs incurred, including shipping, return shipping, customs handling fees, and administrative costs, from any refund due.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\r\n<div class=\"et_pb_text_11 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_flex_module\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><h2 style=\"margin:0 0 10px;text-align:left;color:var(--gcid-ls-dk-green,#053a38);font-family:Oswald,sans-serif;font-size:1.5rem;font-weight:600;line-height:1.15;letter-spacing:.005em\">11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction<\/h2>\n<p>These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark.<\/p>\n<p>If you are a consumer residing in another EU Member State, you will also benefit from any mandatory provisions of consumer protection law applicable in your country of residence.
